He stands Tall, even in fatal fall- Hamas Political Leader Ismail Haniyeh!

Israel illegally occupied Palestine as its greed was not satiated by stealing Palestinian land and depopulating the area to be born, it was supported in its criminal plan by United States, Germany and others in the West. The support came direct in the form of military aid and diplomatic cover, the latter ensured crimes committed by Israel through the decades could never be questioned. For US and other countries in the West asserted Israel is a Democratic Country and its army a moral one. Other countries in the West supported it indirectly by never accepting the Resistance Group Hamas's Right to fight for its sovereignty and freedom from its belligerent occupying force, Israel.

It is this discriminatory attitude of the West that created Israel, the State, and the attitude got institutionalised in the process of international relations, within international institutions and even the ones that supposedly exist to stand for Human justice. It is this systematic institutionalization that made systemic discrimination possible, veiled from direct detection, and ensured calls for justice to Palestine and Palestinians were diverted with character assassination and threat, in which western media played a key role it included subtle dehumanisation which was strengthened through the years.

Interestingly this institutionalization of discrimination made most blind to blatant crimes carried out by Israel, even to the inhumane absence of time period for occupation of Palestine by Israel and also to the unquestioning assumption that Israel is capable of ensuring Justice to Palestinians, whose land it clearly stated it coveted from the time of creation of Israel, for its goal was Greater Israel.

None of the so-called Democracies thought it's fair to question Israel's brutality, through its settler dynamics or the torture and cruelty of administrative detention. Torture, death, and rape were all ignored, the fact that an occupying force was busy building prison on disputed land, never brought for discussion, even if it were brought forward for discussions all concerns of Palestinians were silenced without being addressed.

It is this skewed power structure which made Israel the ruler, who either occupied or placed Palestinians under siege, the degree of control varying through the years. To cement the institutionalizing process of injustice and make it a systemic one, evaluations were carried out by Israel agencies and their main reference point an NGO created to further the goal of Israel, which though not clearly stated include Greater Israel. It is strange that an agency like UNWATCH was and is considered to be an objective evaluator, when all its documents and visual presentation indicate it is incapable of objective assessment and unbiased interpretation and synthesis of data. It is this abusive structure that is throttling the peace process in the region, for discrimination has become systemic and anyway one who dares question either threatened or considered a supporter of terrorism. This attitude does not even spare staff of ICJ and ICC.

Justice cannot be delivered by those who support and practice injustice, nor can justice be delivered if the legal framework gives more power to the abuser (here the occupying force Israel) and throttles its prey, Palestine.

It is this system of justice put in place and strengthened by US in name of Security of Israel that is silencing any peace efforts. It is that this process that Hamas and Ismail Haniyeh had to confront with limited human resource, military aid and tech support, while their occupier had the best of Tech military aid, regular military aid from US, UK, Germany, Netherlands added on the countries that partnered with Israel in manufacturing for military industry. The siege that Israel created was more than physical, it was diplomatic, it was institutional, it was psychological and most of all it was without any break. Israel was always on the alert, not so much as to the military threat, but as to ensure all ways and means available or could be made available in future for Palestine's development, is throttled or killed. It was and is a surveillance process, worse than Hunger Games, a reality in which irrespective of which way Palestine moved it would be blocked, if nothing else worked, Israel can always seek the term "antisemitism" and that rarely fails.

It is this perpetual system of injustice that Ismail Haniyeh fought against, in this process lost over 60 family members, targeted and killed by Israel, added on to it his sister's family. This kind of atrocities would not be tolerated in other instances, but all that US, UK, Germany had in response was, " Israel has the right to defend itself, which actually meant, given reality as it unfolds, "Israel has the right to commit Genocide and War Crimes, and We support Israel.

Ismail Haniyeh, I salute you for standing for your people and Palestine.

May God bring you Peace!
